I have visited several cycling shops and most feel like general stores. From unorganized items to different market segments. Thus, I was glad to drop by this Marda Loop store upon receiving good word from a friend. Finally, Calgary has a proper road cycling store. Products are high end and some beautiful frames are on display. Lovely environment and I had the best service altogether with an unreal insight into the cycling industry by an elegant, well spoken and highly knowledgeable gentleman. Not only he spoke a flawless Italian but he gave me a tour of their store brands as I rarely have witnessed. Supremely surprised to learn he wasn’t the owner nor Italian. When employees act with passion and possess true cycling culture one can’t but give praise. Will certainly shop here quite often.

Great shop! I walked in for information on a fitting and one of the owners Todd took me aside immediately. We had a lengthy discussion about my current fitting issues and we set up a date for some adjustments on my current bike. The adjustments were done a couple days later and free of charge. Even if the adjustments worked well I decided to purchase a new bike from the shop. The culture and loyalty is amazing in there. Great bunch of people. If you’re into cycling and coffee I highly recommend you swinging in to meet Todd, Dany, Luis and the boys.

My wife and I popped in yesterday to check out the shop and were not disappointed. Very friendly and knowedgeable owners and finally a roadbike focused shop with Italian brands, great selection of clothing and parts and the setup is a great atmosphere. A proper coffee/espresso bar tops it all off! I'll be back for all my roadie needs.

Todd did an awesome job finding a bike tailored to suit my needs and body type. Appreciate the time he took during this process to make sure the purchase was right for me. Great purchasing experience. Highly recommend!

You know when you walk into a store and you immediately say this is the right place"? Whereas most cycling shops are the usual blend of either a disinterested sales person or simply to busy to take care of you.Not the Wheelhouse. This is the right place if you are into cycling.This is place where you are likely to be offered a glass of wine from Todd

Amazing service and product knowledge; I took my bike in today to ask about switching out my tires for a faster ride, and Jay And Danny took great care of me and my bike. In 45 minutes, I was equipped with knowledge, great tires, and value. I don't often write reviews, but I'm compelled to give this crew 5*'s because of the experience I had there today :) highly recommend...

Did a bike fit there recently. The idmatch system they use is innovative, the best fitting I've ever done. The bike fitter was very knowledgable and offered some suggestions even off the bike that would help my riding and fit.

Why would you shop anywhere else with a store like The wheel-house" in town. Parts and service is great!. You get what you pay for

Not sure how I’ve never been here but glad I’ve now come. One stop shop.If you like top notch quality and professionalism, this is your place. Oh and the best espresso bar in town.
