Road cycling

It’s a fun way to cross the Fraser river since you do get a good view of the river and sometimes you can see some boats there too. Especially tug boats which almost all the time go there. The platform on the bridge is pretty wide so you can space yourself out with other people who are also using it. Another thing is that you don’t need a bike to ride or even go here. So that means that you can walk or run here which makes it really nice.

I have visited several cycling shops and most feel like general stores. From unorganized items to different market segments. Thus, I was glad to drop by this Marda Loop store upon receiving good word from a friend. Finally, Calgary has a proper road cycling store. Products are high end and some beautiful frames are on display. Lovely environment and I had the best service altogether with an unreal insight into the cycling industry by an elegant, well spoken and highly knowledgeable gentleman. Not only he spoke a flawless Italian but he gave me a tour of their store brands as I rarely have witnessed. Supremely surprised to learn he wasn’t the owner nor Italian. When employees act with passion and possess true cycling culture one can’t but give praise. Will certainly shop here quite often.

Perfect service!! He came and brought the scooter to me when we were stranded without transport, and also picked it back up from the Airbnb. For a good price! The scooter worked perfect. He was very kind and reassuring, there were no weird extra costs even when we accidentally couldn't fill up the gas (gas station closed). We just paid for the gas price to fill it up and it was settled. A man of his word, very much recommended!

Very pleased with knowledge & sale’s service from Andrew on my first Trek Checkpoint AR5 Gravel Bike purchase. Made me feel very comfortable in the whole process from the first call to check stock to brand new assembled unit out the door! Only drawback wasn’t an actual unit to test ride, only had the more expensive SL5 carbon fibre version available at the time.

Great shop! I walked in for information on a fitting and one of the owners Todd took me aside immediately. We had a lengthy discussion about my current fitting issues and we set up a date for some adjustments on my current bike. The adjustments were done a couple days later and free of charge. Even if the adjustments worked well I decided to purchase a new bike from the shop. The culture and loyalty is amazing in there. Great bunch of people. If you’re into cycling and coffee I highly recommend you swinging in to meet Todd, Dany, Luis and the boys.

All together a lot of fun for my Mom and I. The biking was at a nice pace and the routes were interesting. Our Guide Peter shared a lot of facts about the area and even amused us with cycling trivia. The hotel stops were great. Peter was also very accomodating and made adjustments to the routes at our request. The Welland canal was a highlight. Peter timed it amazingly to allow us to follow a boat part of the way. We got to see a bridge lift up and later the same boat go through a lock.Caspian (age 13)

Other shops could sell you ski and boot, but only this shop knows how to make them fit for you. They have the skills and tools to make it right!For beginner skiers, it might not be that important, but if you want to handle more challenging slopes, your ski and boots have to be correct and you need to come to this shop to get it right.Make an appointment with them if you want to buy a prefect pair of ski boots and there is no extra fee. They will spend the time to adjust the boots for you. And if you need adjustment afterward, warranty boot services are free so you could always go back to make it right as many time as you need. I tested mine, need adjustment so I went back. Test again and discover another problem so I went back again.I strongly recommend all skilled skiers to visit them!

Had a great tour, going from Niagara Falls to Niagara on the Lake. Good options/choices of bicycles, the tour guides kept us safe, and we had flexible options for distance (could stop at any time).
